Thumper came into rescue with his younger brother of Bumper (who has already been adopted). They came in together from a shelter in Meigs County. Thumper is a typical young boy - full of energy and loves to play. He can be very loving but does frighten easily when in a new situation, so placing him in a home without young children would be best for him. He also bonds quickly and can become protective of his family.
Thumper has been moved to a foster home, and he's getting more comfortable around other people and older kids, and he's not having any more issues of being frightened in his new foster home, but we know that can still happen, but he's gaining his confidence. His foster mom takes him to the dog park to get some energy out, and she has actually found him to be a big napper too! Thumper is with a cat in his foster home and they get along fine.
Please call 614-554-1300 or 614-554-7755 for more information. His adoption fee is $200.00.
