Hello - My Name's Diamond

Age: 8-9 yrs
Sex: Female
Size: 21-25 Pounds
Breed: Cocker Spaniel
CCRID#: 1998

Just the Facts
12/23/18 Diamond made her way to Columbus after being pulled from a TN shelter where her owner left her. She had a bulging eye and appeared to be totally blind in both eyes. The shelter removed the bulging eye but thought we could salvage the other eye. However, upon re-examination, it was deemed to be nonvisual and probably painful as well, so removal was recommended. Even though she had bilateral enucleations, Diamond has managed to win over everyone's heart with her kind and loving nature. She loves to get in a lap and snuggle. Blindness doesn't prohibit her from finding her people or furniture or doors. Won't you give her a forever home? Please complete an online application if you think she's a fit for your family.
