Meet Kassie,

She is now crate trained.  initially it helped having her on a long lead. She does well in her fenced yard and goes in and out once she in comfortable with her space. The foster can discuss with a potential adopter how best to address initial timid behaviors. Get along with other dogs and cats.

Kassie needs a patient adopter to help her trust. She is housetrained, if she gets taken out often enough. Her foster is keeping her on a long lead outside and she does well with that.

Kassie is an adorable 18# cocker who is very timid. She is aged at 6 years old. She will be vetted and spayed so will be available to a local foster or foster to adopt home until her spay is completed. A fence will be required due to her fear level. We think she would do well in a home with other dogs and no young children. Another dog would give her necessary confidence. If she’s not been adopted by her spay, we will consider out of area applications.
