Meet Pepper!

Pepper is a double Merle from a breeder and is deaf and blind. This is completely preventable but since people pay more for Merle colored dogs, some breeders are incentivized to breed Merle on Merle and then end up with putppies that aren’t perfect and end up in rescue. (best case scenario).
Even though Pepper is both deaf and blind, he is total puppy! He runs in the yard chasing my other two cockers by scent and also follows me around the house. He’s doing GREAT with house training and crate training. When you meet him, you will fall in love!
